HomeMade Ngoh Hiong (自制五香)

 
Ngoh Hiong - Five Spices which are mainly Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cloves, Szechuan Peppercorns, Fennel Seeds. This is a Singapore traditional Hokkien street food which had more than 80 years of history.  
 
Ngoh Hiong is been made fresh daily by owner's auntie. Following the old days recipe and giving you an authentic old taste from the old street hawkers.
   

 

一个担子,四种食品,即:五香、贯肠、虾饼和猪肝卷,这就是早期小贩在新加坡街边叫卖的美食“五香虾饼”。
